A Legacy of Craftsmanship

The inspiration for HWD started back in the mid-1990s when our founder, Derek Reidford’s grandfather started building custom cabinets. Derek spent his childhood in the shop, learning the tools, materials, and work ethic that shaped his approach to woodworking. In 2020, Derek decided to start HWD Custom Cabinetry to continue the legacy his grandfather started.
